Since you are starting your preparation for CAT 2016, it is a good idea to start learning all the concepts. You have sufficient time to cover all the topics and improve your proficiency. Apart from these, regular practice is very important. Every week, study one topic and practise sufficient number of questions on that topic. Once you have a basic command over all the topics, start solving previous years' CAT papers. Occasionally, you can take a few mocks to cultivate exam temperament. The important thing is to work consistently from now till CAT.
