I am constantly scoring low in mocks and sectionals even after practicing and studying for almost 7 hours a day?? How to improve this situation?

Time given is not proportional to the results , if you cant score means you have concepts gap or practice gap. Fill both

ask yourself, are you really bad in those subject where you performed poor? or you believe that you can score much more better than your mock score,if this is the case then Its about lacking RIGHT STRATEGY AND EQ. I must tell you to GO BACK and analyse all your attempted mocks/sectionals and see whats the same mistake you are repeating again and again then take a break and remodify your previous strategy,balance your EQ and BOUNCE BACK

Studying 7 hours a day is completely cool. You need to listen to your body too. Don't get exhausted but you just have some concept gap, take out time and revise it.
