If you are unsure about an option don't mark it. VA is the only section in which we have to show some restraint. Even if you have eliminated two options and can't finalise on one, still don't mark it.
Next, you should first scan all RCs and see which one is easy to read. After selecting the RCs that you are going to attempt, check their questions, like whether there are more direct type of questions or there are more inference type agree disagree type of questions. Attempt those RCs first in which the questions are like your type.
