hi guys , i took a cracku free xat mock? just having a doubt about a dm question. in which , "poaching of competitor's top management employess". is considered a VIABLE OPTION. why are they mentioning unethical course of action as answers.

Poaching is not illegal and is debatable. There are no laws regarding that, until and unless someone engages in grave misconduct and shares data that gives an unfair advantage to the competitor. I stand corrected: XAT takes into account if something is "unethical" or not, although the legality might be there seems like this shouldn't be a good answer.

Cracku DM mocks are quite ambiguous. Better to stick with XAT past papers for DM Practise. My DM mocks in cracku have varied from 15/22 to 3/22 in the mocks.
