Hello, Cat-96.99 (OA) , acads -91.2(10th)/91.6(12th)/84.3(grad).GEM , fresher. What calls should I expect?

Last year IIM CAP had cut-off of 96 for general. You will get a CAP call as well as baby-IIMs call.
IIT-B is out. IITD usually has 96+ cut-off. They consider host of factors with priority to work-ex, hence, that is unlikely too
You should apply to IIT-kgp, IIT-madras and IIT-kanpur
If you wish to convert MDI, you have to outperform your peers in GDPI since your CAT score is relatively lower.
Lastly, if nothing works out you can have a fallback option of IMI, IMT and DFS
Since you are a fresher, instead of joining these three institutes, try to target ace colleges in next year's CAT
Even if you join MBA as a fresher, you will not be eligible for many companies to sit for placements. Ideal time to join MBA is with 1-2 years of work experience.
Also, work-experience makes you think from various perspectives and makes you all the more professional.
In any case, attend all the interviews. They aren't easy. Interviews expect a certain degree of clarity and goal in one's life.
Give your best efforts this year, if IITs or MDI doesn't workout, dont shy away from writing CAT again
