if u are talking about panic attack in medical terms see a doctor after the exam. If its only anxiety eat home cooked meal , limit caffeine intake, go for long walks, indulge in mindfulness practise ,there is a channel on youtube on guided meditation by Julie smith who is a pyschologist , you can follow that. And most important dont make cat seem like its the end of the world .<br>

try taking a brisk walk when you feel anxious and make small targets with breaks in between, works for me

just watch some comedy movies and don't think about cat relax your self and when you feel confident than again start your study

that is one day 2 hour your future lies in your hand not in that 2 hour exam when your strong cat seems to be easy stay strong
