IIM Tiruchirapalli has successfully concluded its Final Placement process for its flagship programmes - Post Graduate Program in Management(PGPM) & Post Graduate Program in Management - Human Resources (PGPM-HR). In this final placement season, IIM Trichy witnessed 100% placements for the PGP batch of 2020-22. The average package stood at Rs. 17.01 LPA, and the highest package stood at Rs. 34 LPA. IIM Trichy PGP Placement Key Highlights 2022

IIM Trichy saw a 15% rise in average salary that has gone up at Rs.17.01 LPA from the Last year and also completed 100% placement 2022 for the first passing out PGPM-HR 2020-22 batch with a high average salary of Rs. 13.35 LPA. There has been an increase of 23% in the PPOs offered to the students. The other placement key highlights are given below.

The campus witnessed 228 offers made by 110 companies in the fields of Sales & Marketing, Finance, Consulting, IT & Analytics, Operations, and HR. IIM Trichy witnessed a tremendous increase in Consulting offers (47% of total offers) as shown below.
