You have fallen into an unfortuanate category which happens to lots of students every year.
If at all you had cleared sectionals, you may have got calls from even ABC
Realistically, you have a decent shot at converting MDI and SPJ.
IIT-B has sectional cut-off, it is out
You should apply for IIT-D, IIT-kgp and IIT-madras
If MBA is critical this year, you can look at IMT, IMI, IIT kanpur as last resort.
It is not recommended to go below this for your percentile.
Prepare well for GDPI and try to convert either IITs or MDI
