A spider starts from a point on the bottom edge of a circular cylinder and moves in a spiral manner along the curved surface area such that it reaches the top egdd exactly a it completes one circle. Find the distance covered if radius of cylinder is 8/pi and h=15

I think the answer is sqrt(581) as height is 15 and circumference of cylinder is 16 , one can open the cylinder into a rectangular sheet and the distance traveled by the spider would be the diagonal which would be sqrt(15^2+16^2)

sqrt t(381)
As the spiral is the diagonal of the rectangle formed when cylinder surface is cut open
