Intial mixture = 125 gallons % of water in mixture = 20 Thus, quantiity of water = 25 gallons Let 'x' gallons of water be added to mixture so that new concerntration of water is 25%. -> (25+x)/(125+x)=25/100 ->100(25+x) = 25(125+x) Solving above eqn, we get x = 25/3 or 8.33. Thus 8.33 gallons water is required to increase concerntration of water from 20% to 25%.

125 = 100 (wine🤤) + 25 (water) 125+X = 100 (wine) + {25+X} (water) [25+X / 125+X]=25/100, by solving X=8.33
