Solution

Slope of line making an angle $$\theta$$ with positive x-axis = $$tan(\theta)$$

=> Slope of given line, $$m = tan(45) = 1$$ and y-intercept, $$c = 4$$

Equation of line = $$y = mx + c$$

=> $$y = 1(x) + 4$$

=> $$x-y=-4$$
