Pass percentage of the students in :
2000 : $$\frac{4}{6} \times 100$$ = 66.67%
2001 : $$\frac{6}{9} \times 100$$ = 66.67%
2002 : $$\frac{6}{8} \times 100$$ = 75%
2003 : $$\frac{9}{12} \times 100$$ = 75%
2004 : $$\frac{9}{11.5} \times 100$$ = 78.2%
=> Only in 2000 and 2001 the pass percentage of students was between 60 to 70
=> Ans - (A)
