Let's assume the age of Yuvansh 4 years ago, is 'y' years.

4 years ago, the age of Garvit = 3y

One year ago the age of Garvit was two times that of Yuvansh.

(3y+3) = 2(y+3)

3y+3 = 2y+6

3y-2y = 6-3

y = 3

Difference between the ages of Garvit and Yuvansh = (3y-y)

= 2y

= $$2\times3$$

= 6 years
