Solution

Let efficiency of B be 10 therefore,

Efficiency of A= (140% of B) = 14

Efficiency of C= (80% of B) = 8

now, total efficiency * total day = total work

(14+10+8)*5=160

time taken by A to complete 70% work,

(160*70/100)/14

=8
