According to question,

Difference between the marks = $$80^{\circ\ }-76^{\circ\ }=4^{\circ\ }$$

Marks = $$\frac{4^{\circ\ }}{360^{\circ\ }}\times\ 450=5$$

Hence, Option A is correct.
