According to Question,

$$2\times\ \frac{3}{7}+3\times\ \frac{5}{14}:\ 2\times\ \frac{4}{7}+3\times\ \frac{9}{14}$$

$$\frac{6}{7}+\frac{15}{14}:\ \frac{8}{7}+\frac{27}{14}$$

$$\frac{27}{14}:\ \frac{43}{14}$$

$$27\ :\ 43$$

So, The ratio of water to spirit = 43 : 27

Hence, Option A is correct.
