Let the marked price of the article be Rs.100x
Then, Discount = 12.5% of 100x = Rs.12.5x
Selling Price = Rs.100x - Rs.12.5x = Rs.87.5x

=> x = $$\dfrac{5845}{87.5} = 66.8$$
Therefore, Marked price = Rs.100x = Rs.100*66.8 = Rs.6680
