In a certain code language, '÷' represents '+', '-' represents 'x', '+' represents '÷'and 'x' represents '-'. Find out the answer to the following question.
20 x 12 ÷ 3 - 40 + 12 = ?
Expression : 20 x 12 ÷ 3 - 40 + 12 = ?
$$\equiv20-12+3\times40\div12$$
= $$8+\frac{120}{12}$$
= $$8+10=18$$
