Solution

Sales of all 7 brands (in Rs. 000's)

= 360 + 100 + 340 + 400 + 140 + 100 + 160 = 1600

Tax = 18%

=> Total tax to be paid = $$\frac{18}{100}\times16,00,000$$

= $$18\times16,000=Rs.$$ $$2,88,000$$

=> Ans - (C)
