15KMPH. Since he overtakes the slower one every 1 hr, faster guy's speed is slower guy's speed (say S) + 3 kmph. For a difference of 2 mins we get the equation: (3/S) - (3/(S+3)) = 2/60. Solving for S, we get S = 15KMPH
