The length of the bridge will be equal to the distance covered by he man in 5 minutes at speed of 15 kmph.

Time = 5 min = $$\frac{1}{12}$$ hr

Distance = speed * time

= 15 * $$\frac{1}{12}$$ = 1.25 km

= 1.25 * 1000 m = 1250 m
