If the total number of employees working in departments A and B exceeds the number of employees in department C by x, then x lies between:

Solution

Department A degree = $$79.2^\circ $$

B = $$ 57.6 ^\circ $$

C = $$ 122.4 ^ \circ $$

According to question$$ A + B = C + x$$

$$ \Rightarrow 79.2^\circ + 57.6^\circ = 122.4 ^\circ + x $$

$$\Rightarrow x = 136.8 ^\circ - 122.4 ^ \circ $$

$$\Rightarrow x = 14.4^\circ $$

the $$x value = \dfrac{14.4}{360}\times 3200 $$

$$ \Rightarrow x = 128 $$

Ans $$x = 128$$ lies between 120 and 140
