In 1 revolution, wheel will make a revolution of $$2 \pi r$$ length. (where $$r$$ is radius of wheel)
So in 1000 rev. distance travelled will be =$$1000\times2 \pi r$$=440 m
Solving above equation we will get value of diameter = 0.14 m
