Kites of Rs. 20 are available for Rs. 19

=> Discount = $$\frac{20-19}{20}$$ * 100 = 5%

Similarly, if someone gets kites of Rs. 20 for Rs. 18

discount will be = $$\frac{20-18}{20}$$ * 100 = 10%

$$\therefore$$ Required answer = $$\frac{2}{20}$$ * 27 = 2.7

= ~3
