In which of the following years was the percentage of defective of AA type the maximum?
Solution
Total defective products of AA in 2001-02= 70 - (12+11+12+20)= 15
Percentage of defective for AA in 1996-97 = (20/500)*100 = 4%
Similarly, we can calculate this percentage for other years also after which we find that the percentage defective is maximum for the period 1996-97.
