let's say velocity of stream is $$v_{s}$$ and velocity of boat is$$v_{b}$$
so along the stream $$v_{s}$$ + $$v_{b}$$ = $$\frac{1 km.}{\frac{5}{60} hr}$$
and opposite to river $$v_{s}$$ - $$v_{b}$$ = $$\frac{6 km.}{ 1 hr}$$
soving above eq. we get $$v_{s}$$ = 3kmph
