Big update for IPMAT aspirants today! The IIM Ranchi IPM Form 2026 is now open for the IPM 2026–31 batch. Students planning to build a strong management career right after Class 12 can now apply.

However, there is one important notice. Have you registered for IPMAT 2026 (IIM Indore), or will you be registering? If not, first complete your IPMAT 2026 registration on the official website of IIM Indore. Then return and apply separately to IIM Ranchi.

Indian Institute of Management Ranchi offers a 5-year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM). The last date to apply is April 12, 2026 till 2:00 PM IST. Apply early and avoid last-minute stress. The application form for IPM 2026–31 is live on the IIM Ranchi IPM Official Website. Students must apply separately to IIM Ranchi in addition to IPMAT registration with the Indian Institute of Management Indore.

Academic Qualification

If CGPA is given:

• Use the board’s official conversion formula.
• If no formula is provided, multiply the average CGPA by 9.5.
• Do not consider Best 4 or Best 5 unless the board allows it.
• If promoted during COVID without marks, fill “Promoted”.

IIM Ranchi IPM Application Fee 2026

The IIM Ranchi IPM application fee must be paid online. Once paid, it is non-refundable.

If any mistake is made in the form:

• Cancel the application before the last date.
• Reapply using a different email ID.
• Pay the fee again.

No refund will be provided.

• Class 10 Marksheet
• Class 12 Marksheet (or equivalent proof)
• Valid Category Certificate (if applicable)
• IPMAT 2026 Application ID (Format: AT26XXXXX)

• Scanned Signature

The category certificate must be valid for Central Government Educational Institutions.

Key Exam Details

• Total Time: 120 minutes
• Sectional Time: 40 minutes per section
• Marking: +4 correct, -1 incorrect MCQ
• No negative marking for SA
• Includes higher maths (Class 11–12 level)
• Sectional cutoffs apply

Verbal Ability section accounts for 50% of the total weightage. The remaining 50% is equally divided between the two Quantitative Ability sections, with 25% weightage each to calculate Aptitude Test Score (ATS).

Filling the form carefully is very important. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Register

• Visit the official IIM Ranchi IPM page.
• Click on “Register”.
• Enter email address.
• Create password (minimum 8 characters, alphanumeric + special character).
• Confirm password.
• Get OTP and verify.
