I. p^2 = 4

II. q^2 + 4q = -4

Solution

I : $$p^2 = 4$$

=> $$p^2 = (\pm 2)^2$$

=> $$p = \pm 2$$

II : $$q^2 + 4q + 4 = 0$$

=> $$(q + 2)^2 = 0$$

=> $$q = -2$$

$$\therefore p \geq q$$
