Production of rice in West Bengal, Odisha , Andhra Pradesh resp in each year :

2004 - 3200+2400+1800 = 7400

2005 - 2300+3300+2000 = 7600

2006 - 1900+1600+1200 = 4700

2007 - 1800+2200+2600 = 6600

2008 - 2500+3400+2900 = 8800 (MAXIMUM)

2009 - 2300+2400+3200 = 7900

Thus, total production in all the states is highest in 2008.
