What is the ratio between average production of rice per hectare by all three states in the years 2004 and 2007 respectively ?

Total production in the three states together in
2004 = 3200+2400+1800 = 7400
2007 = 1800+2200+2600 = 6600
Average prod. in 2004 = 7400/3
Average prod. in 2007 = 6600/3
Required ratio = $$\frac{7400/3}{6600/3}$$ = $$\frac{7400}{6600}$$
= 37:33
