Solution
$$T_{2}$$ = a + d = 17-------(1)
$$T_{8}$$ = a + 7d = -1-------(2)
on solving (1) AND (2)
d = -3 & a = 20
$$T_{14}$$ = a + 13d = 20 + 13(-3) = -19
so the answer is option C.
