Solution

In 1 hour the bus can travel 72km without including stoppages

To travel 1km it took 60/72=5/6 min

In 1 hour the bus can travel 60km including stoppages

difference = 12kms

so it stopped for 12*5/6=10mins in 1hr.

so the answer is option D.
