Solution

Let those 3 numbers are x, y&z;

x = 0.9z & y = 0.8z

y = 0.8(x/0.9)

(0.9/0.8)y = x

1.125 y = x

so to make y equal to x, it should be enhanced by (1.125-1)*100% = 12.5%

So the answer is option C.
