The numbers between 11 and 80 which are divisible by 6 are 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, 48, 54, 60, 66, 72 & 78,

sum = 540

average = 540/12 = 45.

SHORTCUT:

average = 6*(average of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13) = 6*(7.5) = 45.

so the answer is option D.
