L.C.M. of 15 and 35 = 105

Now, the greatest 4 digit number = 9999

By dividing 9999 with 105, => $$9999 = 105 \times 95 + 24$$

Thus, the greatest 4 digit number that can be divided by 105(15 and 35) = 9999 - 24 = 9975
