12 sticks are used of 1 unit means the perimeter of right angled triangle will be 12 cm

And also if the triangle is right angled then pythagoras theorem will satisfy.

So , pythagoras triplet 3,4,5 will satisfy the condition

Area= 1/2×3×4=6
