The average age of 30 employees in an organisation is 25 years.

total age of 30 employees in an organisation = $$25\times30$$

= 750

If 2 new employees with an average age of 41 years join the organisation.

total age of 2 new employees in an organisation = $$41\times2$$

= 82

New average age of all the employees in the organisation = $$\frac{750+82}{30+2}$$

= $$\frac{832}{32}$$

= 26 years
