The average number of Science students in 2011, 2013 and 2015 is=$$\frac{225+300+375}{3}$$

=300

The average number of Science students is more than number of Arts students in 2011 = 300 - 275 = 25

Required percentage = $$\frac{25}{275}\times\ 100$$

$$\frac{1}{11}\times\ 100$$

= $$9\frac{1}{11}$$%

Hence, Option A is correct.
