As we know that the angle made at the centre by the chord is twice the angle made by the chord at the circumference.
So, according to the measurement of physiotherapist the athelete will make $$144^\circ$$Â in 60 sec
The angle made by the athlete in 1 second according to the physiotherapist = $$\frac{144^\circ}{60}=2.4^\circ$$
