by using this trick solve this type of problems

$$men_1\times days_1\times hours_1=men_2\times days_2\times hours_2$$

$$30\times10\times8=40\times6\times H_2$$

$$H_2=\frac{30\times10\times8}{40\times6}$$

$$H_2=10$$
