As per the given data in the question,
The total production of car of type B $$=39+45+54+60+72=270$$
The production of the car of type B in 2016 $$=60$$
Hence, the required angle $$=\dfrac{360\times 60}{270}=\dfrac{4\times 60}{3}=80^\circ$$
