Distance that can be travelled by the train in 4 hours = 252 km
$$=$$> Speed of the train = $$\frac{252}{4}$$ = 63 km/h
$$\therefore\ $$The ratio of speed of the car to that of the train = 35 : 63 = 5 : 9
