As per above Bar Graph :
Total sales of B1,B3,B5 for both years = (80 + 105) + (95 + 110) + (75 + 95)
$$\Rightarrow 560$$
Total sales of B2,B4,B6 for both years = (75+65) + (85+95) + (70 + 80)
$$\Rightarrow 470$$
Required Ratio $$\Rightarrow 560 : 470 \Rightarrow 56:47 $$
