Effective % amount she gave to charity and friend = $$10+20-(\frac{10\times20}{100})=28\%$$
Now, remaining salary is $$72\%\equiv7200$$
=> Total salary = $$100\%\equiv\frac{7200}{72}\times100=Rs.$$ $$10,000$$
