number of students getting $$\geq$$ 20% of 50 marks in English and $$\geq$$ 80% of 50 marks in Hindi.

number of students getting $$\geq$$ 10 marks in English and $$\geq$$ 40 marks in Hindi = 4320+200

= 4520    Eq.(i)

number of students getting $$\geq$$ 40% of 50 marks in English and $$\geq$$ 60% of 50 marks in Hindi.

number of students getting $$\geq$$ 20 marks in English and $$\geq$$ 30 marks in Hindi = 3840+960

= 4800    Eq.(ii)

Ratio =  Eq.(i) :  Eq.(ii)

= 4520 :4800

= 452 :480

= 113 : 120
