Shubham bought a book from Meesho at ₹500. Meesho also charged an additional ₹25 for packaging and ₹50 for delivering the book.
Total cost of book = ₹500+₹25+₹50 = ₹575
When a profit of 16% should be obtained, then selling price = ₹575 of (100+16)%
= ₹575 of 116%
= $$575\times\frac{116}{100}$$
= ₹667
