distance between the starting point of the span of the bridge and the far end of the platform $$= 400+1200 = 1600 m$$
72 km/h $$= 72\times\frac{5}{18}=$$20m/sec
Required time taken $$= \frac{1600+200}{20}$$=90 sec = 1.5 min
