Solution

Le the number be 100.

First increased by 30 percent, number becomes 130.(100 + $$\frac{30}{100}*100$$)

Then decreased by 30 Percent, number becomes 91.( 130 - $$\frac{30}{100}*130$$)

Finally decreased by 10 percent, number becomes 81.9.(91 - $$\frac{10}{100}*91$$)
