B1 is third to the left of B7. B4 is to immediate left of B1.

B2 is second to the left of B6. B6 is not an immediate neighbour of B5.

Now only B3 is remaining which can be placed on the blank space.

According to the above arrangement, B4 and B6 are the immediate neighbours of B3.
