Solution

Let the original price of the sugar = Rs. $$10x$$

New price = $$\frac{90}{100} \times 10x = 9x$$

Acc to ques,

=> $$(\frac{270}{9x}) - (\frac{270}{10x}) = 1$$

=> $$\frac{30}{x} - \frac{27}{x} = 1$$

=> $$\frac{3}{x} = 1$$

=> $$x = 3$$

$$\therefore$$ Original price = 10 * 3 = Rs. 30
